Order
Several reasons can explain the cancellation of an order in your history. One of them may be that we planned to ship your order from one store, but had to ship it from another store. If so, you should see an identical order with a tracking number just above the one that was canceled.
Your order may also have been canceled due to a declined payment, a billing address that does not match the one associated with your credit card, or other authorization issues. Check your inbox for a message from our Order Management team or contact our Service Desk.
